This beautiful antique swallow pendant dates to the Victorian era. Featuring 2 large old-cut diamonds and 11 dazzling rose-cut diamonds that sparkle magically as they catch the light, she has a berry red ruby cabochon eye. Absolutely gorgeous!
Crafted in silver and 9-carat gold, the front of this Victorian swallow is silver with a beautiful patina, with the back made from 9ct gold. The newly fitted 6mm fixed bail is made from 18-carat yellow gold.
This pendant has been converted from its original antique brooch form. The diamonds and ruby cabochon are original to this piece. The diamonds have beautiful sparkle and very good cut, some with natural inclusions and small nibbles to the sides that cannot be seen with the naked eye.
