Set by hand, the diamond has an excellent cut and sparkles beautifully as it catches the light, the grey colour of the precious stone perfectly complementing the 9ct gold of the medallion.
Hallmarks from the prestigious Chester assay office on the back of the shield date this magnificent medallion to 1924-1925.
