It is in excellent condition with a strong secure moving bar in the centre that allows you to easily manouvre the buckle prongs into position.
The enamel work remains in wonderful antique condition, with only a few tiny scuffs/chips to the enamel, as to be expected with a piece of this age. This is not at all noticeable due to the intricate pattern and gold enamel colour that blends so beautifully with the solid 14ct gold underneath.
